On December 19, the 2nd Russian-Uzbek scientific seminar "International Radio Observatory on the Suffa Plateau: Prospects for Millimeter and Submillimeter Astronomy" opened at Samarkand State University.
The Astro Space Center is represented by Deputy Head Alexey Rudnitskiy and Acting Chief Designer Evgeny Golubev. They presented the status of the Millimetron – a new-generation space observatory and the prospects for the development of sub-terahertz astronomy in the Russian Federation.
